Mental efficiency is a state of mind. It cannot be bought in a store, it doesn’t come in pill form and you can’t get it by lying on a psychiatrist’s couch. It is a strength, which comes from within, is totally natural and is as individualistic as your fingerprint.

The primary enemies of mental efficiency are anger, guilt and fear.  When our clients complete executive coaching, they find that words take on new meanings and, usually, they have found the courage to make a positive change at work and in their life.
